2-D: Gargoyle Reflection. February 23, 2012
1. What are the good/ strong parts of your project? What is done well? Why?
-the nose of my lion was my strong part and the shape of the head was done well.
2. What do you think you could have done better on this project? Why?
- I could have finished it fully.
3. Descirbe the attributes of you theme/ unity: what is the design like? Why?
-my theme was power full just because it was a lion.
4. Describe the form of you gargoyle head: what kind of 3-D shape does it have. Why?
-spherical because that is what the shape of a lion’s head is.
5. What are the main one or two points of emphasis of your gargoyle? How did you do this? Why did you do it that way?
-the main two points are the nose and when I’m done the mane.
6. What did you learn from this project that you could apply to others? What lessons could be applied to life in general?
Why?
-get my project done faster instead not know what I’m going to do in the
beginning
7. Evaluate the design of you gargoyle: why did you do it the way you did? Was it planned? What is by chance? Did you final project look the way
you thought it would in the beginning? Why or why not?
- I made of lion because I’ve been a clear lake lion my whole life and I have been intrigued by them for a long time. I plan on bringing it with me to
Iowa Central Community College next year.
8. Is this a worthwhile project that Purdy should continue to use? What should Purdy do to improve this project for the future?
Why?
- Yes you should do it again because I got to look up things about gargoyles and learn new things.
